After 12 years with SVN, and in an ownership position since 2015, Managing Director Bill Menish launched SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate in February, 2022. Every advisor, other than Bill's co-owners left that SVN office to join SVN Menish CRE.

Since then, the firm has grown at a rapid pace, able to double in size in less than 2 years.

SVN Menish CRE has a reputation for aggressive marketing as expert story tellers.  "Every property has a story to tell," says Managing Director, Bill Menish. 

"That story could be about the property's history or what makes it unique in the region, but almost every time, that story includes the benefits that will come with ownership of that property."
